The HPI Institute (formerly called Mindware systems) and it was consider the first institute specialized in the promotion of e-learning. The Institute opened the first electronic training center in Bahrain in cooperation with the Bahrain Institute for Banking and Financial in the year 2000.

تطوير الأداء البشري تنظم دورة في التخطيط الإستراتيجي

نظمت مؤسسة تطوير الأداء البشري دورة في التخطيط الإستراتيجي للموارد البشرية التي أقيمت في فندق كراون بلازا. وحضر الدَّورة التدريبية عدد من المتدربين من مؤسسة عبدالعزيز السيد ومعهد البحرين للتدريب والقيادة العامة لقوة دفاع البحرين وشركة موطن للتطوير العقاري وشركة مشاريع الهلال وشركة محمد علي زينل عبدالله. وتهدف الدورة التدريبية إلى التعرُّف على مفهوم الإستراتيجية وأنماط التفكير الخاصة بالتفكير الإستراتيجي.

وتزويد المشاركين بمهارات التخطيط الإستراتيجي للمنظمة، التعرُّف على مفهوم وخصائص إدارة الموارد البشرية في المنظمات المعاصرة، وذلك في إطار الدور الإستراتيجي لها، تزويد المشاركين بمهارات الإدارة الإستراتيجية للموارد البشرية وفقا للمفهوم المعاصر في إطار الإستراتيجية الشاملة للمنظمة وتزويد المشاركين بمهارات تخطيط الموارد البشرية. وكان البرنامج بإدارة المحاضر جورج رياض.
