About Human Performance Improvement:

The Human Performance Improvement (HPI) training institute is a pioneer organization, officially recognized by the Ministry of Labor and designated as one of the chartered training organizations in Bahrain.

HPI History:

Established in 1997, HPI was formerly known as ‘Mind Ware Systems’. It is well-known for the comprehensive training services it offers that satisfy the needs of most business sectors and market segments. HPI uses the most up-to-date techniques in training and advising human resources for the purpose of improving their performance.

E-Learning Project:

The HPI Institute (formerly called Mindware systems) and it was consider the first institute specialized in the promotion of e-learning. The Institute opened the first electronic training center in Bahrain in cooperation with the Bahrain Institute for Banking and Financial in the year 2000.

Another training center was also recently opened at the Bahrain Training Institute in early 2003. HPI Institute looks forward to enhancing the e-learning experience with all national institutions and associations interested in providing various technical and administrative courses in accordance with an agreement that ensures mutual benefit for both parties.
