The HPI Institute (formerly called Mindware systems) and it was consider the first institute specialized in the promotion of e-learning. The Institute opened the first electronic training center in Bahrain in cooperation with the Bahrain Institute for Banking and Financial in the year 2000.

المعاهد الخاصة تعتمد "مؤسسة الأداء البشري" مقرا مؤقتا للجمعية

تم حديثا إصدار أول دليل تعريفي لمركز التدريب والتطوير الإداري التابع لغرفة تجارة وصناعة البحرين والذي تديره مؤسسة تطوير الأداء البشري "HPI". ويحوي الدليل التعريفي الذي يشمل أكثر من 100 صفحة تفصيلا بكل خدمات الموارد البشرية التي يوفرها المركز باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية إضافة إلى تفاصيل البرامج التدريبية المميزة التي يقدمها المركز خلال العام الجاري.

عقدت الجمعية البحرينية لأصحاب معاهد التدريب الخاصة اخيرا اجتماعها الثاني برئاسة رئيس الجمعية عيسى جاسم سيار وبحضور معظم أعضاء مجلس الإدارة، إذ تمت الموافقة بالإجماع على مقترح أمينة السر نرجس طريف باعتماد مبنى مؤسستها التدريبية "تطوير الأداء البشري" مقرا مؤقتا للجمعية، كما نوقشت في الاجتماع آليات التسجيل والانضمام للجمعية التي تقدم بها بعض المعاهد الخاصة.

كما تمخضت عن الاجتماع قرارات وتوصيات بشأن أهمية تفعيل دور الجمعية وأهدافها في المراحل القادمة بما يتطلبه من تواصل مع جميع الأطراف المعنية وبناء علاقات طيبة مع المؤسسات التعليمية والتدريبية وكذلك الاتفاق على عقد لقاءات مع بعض الشخصيات الرسمية والإعلامية المهمة في البلاد وفي مقدمتها طلب لقاء رئيس الوزراء وآخر مع وزيرة الشئون الاجتماعية وذلك بهدف الحصول على التوجيه والدعم المطلوبين لمواصلة مسيرة عمل الجمعية بحماس للمساهمة في إعداد كوادر بشرية مؤهلة تساهم في عملية التقدم الاقتصادي والاجتماعي بمملكة البحرين. وأشار رئيس لجنة العلاقات العامة بالجمعية نجيب إبراهيم السيد إلى أنه تم خلال الاجتماع اطلاع مجلس الإدارة على المراسلات الصادرة والواردة الى الجمعية سواء المرسلة إلى وزارة الشئون الاجتماعية بخصوص تشكيل مجلس الإدارة الأول للجمعية بالإضافة الى تفاصيل محضر الاجتماع ورسائل أخرى من الأعضاء المؤسسين.
