The HPI Institute (formerly called Mindware systems) and it was consider the first institute specialized in the promotion of e-learning. The Institute opened the first electronic training center in Bahrain in cooperation with the Bahrain Institute for Banking and Financial in the year 2000.

تطوير الأداء البشري تعقد البرنامج التدريبي "فن الأداء المؤسسي والوظيفي» لبلدية الجنوبية"

نظمت مؤسسة تطوير الأداء البشري HPI برنامجاً تدريبياً مسائياً بعنوان «فن الأداء المؤسسي والوظيفي»، وذلك في فندق الخليج «قاعة المحارة»، في الفترة من 6 إلى 9 فبراير/ شباط 2011، وشارك في الدورة التي أدارها واجب قانصو، عدد من المهندسين والاختصاصيين والمسئولين ورؤساء الأقسام في بلدية المنطقة الجنوبية.

وتمحور البرنامج حول المفاهيم والأبعاد الإدارية، إدارة الأداء الوظيفي، عمليات ومراحل الأداء الوظيفي، تنفيذ عملية تطوير الأداء الوظيفي والمؤسسي، عملية تقويم وتوجيه الأداء وفاعليته، بالإضافة إلى ورشة العمل. وكان البرنامج يهدف إلى تطور الفكر الإداري والعملي للمتدربين وزيادة فاعلية أدائهم الوظيفي وتحقيق النجاح المهني والشخصي.
