The HPI Institute (formerly called Mindware systems) and it was consider the first institute specialized in the promotion of e-learning. The Institute opened the first electronic training center in Bahrain in cooperation with the Bahrain Institute for Banking and Financial in the year 2000.

تطوير الأداء البشري تعقد برنامج "مهارات الكتابة القانونية"

عقدت «مؤسسة تطوير الأداء البشري» برنامجا تدريبيا حول «مهارات الكتابة القانونية وتقنيات الصياغة التشريعية وتصميم العقود» بمنتجع «دانة البحرين»، إذ حضر البرنامج مجموعة من المتدربين من المحكمة الدستورية، وزارة الصناعة والتجارة، وزارة الأشغال، مجلس الشورى، وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية، المحافظة الوسطى، شئون الطيران المدني، وشركة الوكالات العالمية المحدودة.

ويذكر أن أهداف الدورة التي قدمها محمود مرسي تتمثل في: تعلم مهارات الكتابة القانونية، أنواع الكتابات القانونية، الخصائص الشكلية، تقنيات الصياغة التشريعية وتصميم العقود
