The HPI Institute (formerly called Mindware systems) and it was consider the first institute specialized in the promotion of e-learning. The Institute opened the first electronic training center in Bahrain in cooperation with the Bahrain Institute for Banking and Financial in the year 2000.

قدمت مؤسسة تطوير الأداء البشري برنامجا تدريبيا عن «صوغ اللوائح والمذكرات القانونية وإعداد القرارات الإدارية» بفندق الدبلومات رادسون ساس؛ إذ شارك في البرنامج مجموعة من الموظفين من وزارة العمل ووزارة شئون مجلسي الشورى والنواب والمحكمة الدستورية ومحافظة العاصمة وشركة ماستر للإنشاء.
