الأداء البشري ينظم "تنمية مهارات أمين الصندوق"

نظمت مؤسسة تطوير الأداء البشري برنامجا تدريبيا عن «تنمية مهارات وخدمات أمين الصندوق» بفندق نوفوتيل. حضر البرنامج مجموعة من المتدربين من بلدية المحافظة الجنوبية ووزارة شئون البلديات والزراعة وشركة سناء الدولية.

يذكر أن الدورة قدمها ناصر حسين وتناولت أهمية وظيفة أمين الخزينة، مهام ومسئوليات أمناء التخزين، إدارة الصراع بين أمناء التخزين والزبائن وأساليب التعامل مع الاعتراضات، إدارة الصراع بين الزبائن، والعلاقات الانسانية. وهدفت الدورة إلى إكساب مهارات عديدة منها، مهارة التعامل مع ضغوط العمل، مهارات التعامل مع المواقف الحرجة والطارئة، والتعرف على أنواع الزبائن، وكيفية التعامل معهم.
