The HPI Institute (formerly called Mindware systems) and it was consider the first institute specialized in the promotion of e-learning. The Institute opened the first electronic training center in Bahrain in cooperation with the Bahrain Institute for Banking and Financial in the year 2000.

الأداء البشري تعقد البرنامج التدريبي "إدارة الوثائق المتكاملة"

عقدت مؤسسة تطوير الأداء البشري برنامجا تدريبيا عن «الارشيف والإدارة الإلكترونية - إدارة الوثائق المتكاملة»، وقد حضرت البرنامج مجموعة من المتدربين من وزارة العدل والشئون الإسلامية ووزارة الصناعة والتجارة ووزارة العمل وجهاز المساحة والتسجيل العقاري ووزارة شئون البلديات والزراعة وميناء سلمان.

وهدفت الدورة التي قدمها محمد جميل شجاعية إلى التعرف على منظومة التوثيق الحديثة وتبيان دورها فى حفظ وتخزين البيانات والوثائق، واستعراض المبادئ الأساسية في عمليات الفهرسة والتصنيف والتكشيف لحفظ واسترجاع مواد المعلومات، والتعرف على المدخل الحديث لإدارة المعرفة في المنظمات الاقتصادية والإدارية المعاصرة وكذلك المعلومات والوثائق، والتعرف على تكنولوجيا أنظمة المعلومات والاتصالات نحو بناء الإدارة الإلكترونية.

كما هدفت الدورة إلى تبيان طبيعة العلاقة بين قواعد البيانات ونظم اختزان واسترجاع مواد المعلومات من خلال المعالجة الإلكترونية.
