The HPI Institute (formerly called Mindware systems) and it was consider the first institute specialized in the promotion of e-learning. The Institute opened the first electronic training center in Bahrain in cooperation with the Bahrain Institute for Banking and Financial in the year 2000.

تطوير الأداء البشري تنظم دورة مهارات الإدارة الفعالة للوقت

أقامت مؤسسة تطوير الأداء البشري مؤخرا دورة تدريبية بعنوان «مهارات الإدارة الفعالة للوقت» وقدمها محمود عبد الظاهر بفندق الخليج وشارك فيها عدد من المديرين بالقطاع الخاص.

وقد تضمنت الدورة التدريبية محاور مهمة تهدف إلى تعريف المتدربين بماهية الوقت وأهميته وعلاقته بالعملية الإدارية، بالإضافة إلى تعريفهم بأساليب ومهارات إدارة الوقت، التفويض والاتصال الفعال، إدارة الاجتماعات، التعامل مع الصراعات والضغوط بما يؤدى إلى الاستفادة من الوقت وتفعيلة لإنجاز العمل والأهداف. كما شملت الدورة الكثير من التمرينات العملية المتعلقة بالمهارات الأساسية في التعامل والاتصال الفعال.
